SUMMER DAY CAMP
Our Sterling-centric program is designed to enhance the skills and performance of each participant (U9 through U14). This three-week summer series is structured with a weekly progressive training methodology, with players grouped according to age and ability to enhance growth and experience.
Each camp week will be divided into distinct phases, with a special focused phase on a specific aspect of development.
