Commemorate your player's soccer career with a portrait!
Each season, long-time partner Olson Photography hosts professional portrait sessions for our Rec teams from Minis through Grade 6. Sessions are held on Saturdays, May 2 and May 9 before or after scheduled games.
ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
- Visit www.olsonphotography.com.
- Use Access Code DEANF to enter the Loudoun Soccer store.
- Select and purchase your photo package(s).
- The order number generated at checkout must be written on the photo slip (provided at the shoot) and given to the photographer when the child’s picture is taken. Parents will receive their order number(s) via email confirmation after completing their purchase.
- Completed photo packages will be distributed by your coach 1-2 weeks after Picture Day.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Confirm your picture session with your coach, as schedules may change.
- Coaches who need to reschedule their picture reservation should contact Olson Photography directly at
(703) 392-7551. Loudoun Soccer does not reschedule reservations.
- Even if games are canceled or fields are closed, Picture Day remains as scheduled!
- Order online BEFORE your team's picture day for the best value. Orders placed after picture day will incur additional processing fees.
- Coaches receive a team photo as a thank you for their hard work and dedication. Thank you, coaches!
