REC FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Loudoun Soccer is committed to ensuring that all children have the opportunity to participate in our primary programming regardless of race, economic status and/or physical limitations. Loudoun Soccer's Financial Assistance Program is available to families in need of support to allow their children to participate in our Fall and Spring Recreational programs.

The Online Financial Assistance Application for Fall will open the week of October 21, 2024 . If you have any questions regarding the application process or with completing the Financial Assistance forms, please email:  FA@loudounsoccer.com.

Important Information:

  • Individuals who need assistance with completing their application forms should schedule an appointment to come to the Loudoun Soccer offices by calling 703-777-9977 or emailing FA@loudounsoccer.com.
  • All information provided is confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of the Financial Assistance Committee.
  • Applications will be reviewed in the order in which they are received.
  • Loudoun Soccer does not guarantee Financial Assistance, nor does receiving Financial Assistance guarantee placement on a team.
  • Supporting documents are required for each Fall season application; individuals approved for Fall 2024 WILL NOT need to provide supporting documents for Spring 2025. Individuals new for Spring must provide documentation.
  • Additional documentation and information may be requested.
  • Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  • Loudoun Soccer strictly adheres to the Financial Assistance deadline. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
  • Uniform kits are not included in the program registration fee and may be purchased online.
  • Additional training programs (Rec TTA, U7 Pre-Academy, etc.) are not covered by our Financial Assistance Program.
  • All applicants will be notified of the Financial Assistance Committee's decision via email.
