Rob has been associated with Loudoun Soccer since 2007, when he began coaching his oldest daughter’s Mini Soccer team. He coached Mini and Recreation teams for 10 seasons before his youngest daughter’s skills outgrew his coaching ability. He grew up playing the game, competing at the travel level on teams in Huntsville, Alabama and Prince William County, Virginia.

A member of the Loudoun Soccer Board since 2012, Rob currently serves as President, and sits on the Field and Facilities and Communications and Marketing committees. Professionally, he leads Federal Government Strategy and Marketing efforts for Thomson Reuters’ Legal business unit. He attended the College of William and Mary, where he earned a B.A. in History and an M.B.A. in Marketing. Rob, his wife Samantha, and their two daughters live in downtown Leesburg.

Michael Fay has been a Loudoun Soccer parent since 2006. He is a Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor, and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® with The QUAD Capitas Group at Morgan Stanley. With 28 years of experience in the financial services industry, Michael focuses on crafting customized asset allocation strategies and comprehensive financial plans to help clients reach their unique goals.

Kim has been a part of Loudoun Soccer since 2015 , serving as a volunteer Team Administrator. While she has never played or coached soccer, she is an athlete by background, having competed in cheerleading and gymnastics, and was a state-ranked track and cross-country runner (high school and college), and a collegiate cheerleading coach.  

A graduate of Strayer University and Bluefield State College, Kim is the  Corporate Marketing Director for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA), handling marketing and advertising activities for Dulles International and Reagan National Airports. She has lived in Loudoun County for many years, currently residing in Leesburg. She’s married to Steve Barnes and they have 2 sons who play for Loudoun Soccer, Charlie and Asher.  

Tim is a native of NOVA and grew up playing soccer for Loudoun Soccer rival Herndon Youth Soccer. He has been active with Loudoun Soccer since 2011 serving in a variety of roles, including Rec Coach, Travel Coach, Travel Team Treasurer and Rec All-Star Coach. Tim has a USSF Coaching license and has three kids that play for Loudoun so you can usually find him on a field or on the road to a field.

A graduate of James Madison University, Tim runs the day-to-day operations of Level Up, a federal services firm he co-founded in 2010.

David's journey with soccer began in the North West of England, where he grew up playing from a young age, developing a lifelong allegiance to his hometown team of Burnley. David  and his family relocated to the United States, evenutally settling in Loudoun. His passion for soccer led him to Loudoun Soccer in 2021, where he began volunteering as a head coach in the Challenge program. Since then, David has also contributed to the All Stars program and serves on the Challenge coaches committee. He holds a USSF National D license and is currently preparing to pursue his C license.

Professionally, David is a Director at West Monroe, a global business and technology advisory and execution firm. In this role, he provides strategic guidance to C-suite executives and leaders worldwide on optimizing their service operations. David is eager to leverage his professional expertise to contribute to the continued success and growth of our club, complementing the skills and experience of the staff and other board members.

Chad has been an active member of the Loudoun Soccer community since moving to the area in 2021, serving as a Rec Coach and Travel Team Manager for multiple teams.  He also plays in the Loudoun Soccer Adult League over 40 division (and counting down the days to qualify for over 46!).  Chad grew up playing soccer in New Jersey and has remained active as a player, coach, and trainer ever since.  

When not on or at the fields, Chad serves as the VP of Global Commercial Operations for Sealed Air Corporation’s Protective Packaging Division.  Chad holds BA in Political Science from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Garon was raised in Gettysburg, PA. An honors graduate of Amherst College and a former Marine, Garon has flown and sailed all over the world. Since leaving the Corps, he has spent time earning a PMP, pursuing an MBA, teaching, and coaching soccer. A soccer player from an early age, Garon has served as a 4th Grade coach in our Rec program, and is currently a substitute teacher at Loudoun County Public Schools.

Neal grew up playing soccer outside of Philadelphia in the 70s and 80s.  After stops in Baltimore, DC, Atlanta and Alexandria that all included multiple competitive men’s and co-ed soccer teams he and his wife Liz moved to Leesburg in 2009 and then within Loudoun to Ashburn in 2014.  Neal stays active in the game by playing on a Loudoun Soccer adult league team, managing the Premier League section of Rotoworld.com (a division of NBC Sports), and teaching the game to his son.

Between playing, watching, and writing about soccer, Neal has been on the founding teams of two successful start-up federal services firms – Customer Value Partners and Black Turtle Services.  With Black Turtle Services, his current endeavor, he serves as CIO and VP of Corporate Development as well as sitting on the Board of Directors.  Neal holds a BA in Psychology and Political Economy from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
