Neal grew up playing soccer outside Philadelphia and has remained deeply connected to the game for decades as a player, coach, writer, and fan. After moving to Loudoun County in 2009, he continues to stay active, playing in the Loudoun Soccer adult league and sharing the game with his son, and penning the club’s LoCo Gunners blog. Professionally, Neal has helped found two successful federal services firms and currently serves as CIO, VP of Corporate Development, and a board member at Black Turtle Services. He holds degrees from Johns Hopkins University and Emory University.
