All players MUST wear shin guards for all practices and games. Shin guards should be fully covered by long soccer socks.

Soccer cleats are strongly encouraged for all players Grade 1 and older. Cleats must be of molded rubber – no metal cleats allowed! Athletic shoes (gym shoes, tennis shoes, etc.) and turf shoes are permitted. Cleats with front toe studs (baseball, football, lacrosse) may NOT be worn. Shoes should have a ¼ to a ½ inch of room at the toe for proper fitting.

No jewelry is allowed; this is a safety issue for both the player with earrings and the other players on the field. Players considering ear piercing should do so in the off season, as this rule does not allow exceptions. Taping the earrings is not an acceptable alternative.

Masks are not required.

Rec 2 (3rd-6th Grade), Challenge 1, Challenge 2: size 4
Classic, HS 7-7: size 5

Large water bottle or jug

Weather-appropriate clothing: gloves, hats, base layer, jacket or sweatshirt, leggings or track pants when cold; t-shirt, shorts when hot.
