HS PREP CLINIC

Our High School Prep Clinic is designed to help players achieve peak skills and fitness ahead of High School soccer tryouts. Led by experienced professional coaches, our on-the-ball instruction and physical conditioning regimen will help you put your best foot forward.

Six 90-minute Wednesday sessions conclude immediately prior to High School tryout season.

Program Focus:

• Footskills. Build skill and self-confidence on the ball.
• Conditioning. Achieve peak fitness with a focus on speed and agility.
• Position-specific GK preparation. Learn from certified GK coaches.
• Shooting drills. Increase your goal-scoring opportunities.
• Small-sided games. Compete under pressure against your peers.
