Megan's Walk
May 21

Join us in this great way for you and your entire family to have a fun time while supporting a young girl from Loudoun County and others with a terrible disease. Last year the day was picture perfect and the food FABULOUS.

All over the country the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation holds Great Strides walks to help raise money to support research for Cystic Fibrosis. In Leesburg, the event is called Megan’s Walk in honor of Megan Stewart, daughter of Pam Stewart (alumni of the Junior Women’s Club of Loudoun) and Eric Stewart (current principal of Smart’s Mill Middle School).

This event starts at Loudoun County High School at 9 a.m. on Sat. May 21. Participants are well fed and watered as they wind their way through the beautiful countryside on the WO&D trail.

You may register on the day of the event at 8:30 a.m. or you may early at the Cystic Fibrosis website.

Nicole Megaloudis Cup

Loudoun Soccer would like to thank all of the participants, sponsors and volunteers who took part in this event. The foundation raised over $30,000 and everyone involved had a great time August 13 & 14th. Parking was a little tight and it was very hot, but, at the end of the weekend we all remembered the reason we were there and finished up with a bang.

Louise and Jaime Moreno did a fabulous job and brought the soccer community together with this event. It was great to see the D.C. United team on our fields smiling and signing autographs. They were all very generous with their donations.

Loudoun Soccer was very please to be asked to play host to the event and looks forward to working with everyone again.
